Day 3.5 and the shop still has not got to our truck and nerves are frayed to say the least. Theses people has lied to us or just flat out miss represented them self’s and this driver is Pissed. The story to day was “ oh we didn’t have that mechanic here the last three day’s” What was that? No mechanic !! Then why didn’t you tell us that the first day? In steed of telling us “we may get in the next day” what is the deal with this place? A warning It is this drivers opinion that Mack truck are over rated and over billed, and there service is on the level of some thing third world this is 2008 rite?.
I am not impress with there Trucks or there level of personnel. I under stand that I am not paying the bill here and nether is the company due to the warranty on the truck. I guess some where in the fine print, it reads, We really don’t make any money on warranty work so you get to go to very end of the line and wait to one side of that line, so our cash paying customers can get by. And if we get to your truck some time in the near future be for you die then you should feel privileged that we work or your truck and you grateful and in our debt, how ever in the course of waiting you should become sick, we reserve the right to void any pending work order in the event that your sickness may infect our personnel. So there you have it, your scrued !

(5/12/2008 2:36:26 AM) I really like _____ comment about Democratic rule. That is exactly how messy it is going to be. The only way we can cheapen gas prices is to increase domestic oil production so we would not have to buy from the open market. Right now, the treehuggers have us sealed off from Alaska and the California coast. That is why we cannot increase domestic production. Guess which party supports the treehuggers. The Democrats!!!

(5/11/2008 8:57:52 PM) That’s rite go head pull the chain for the democrats, and then just set back and watch this country be pulled down into the socialist and communist ideals off the left. The new democrat party indeed. Having a Hillary or an Obama Presidency will be as much fun as a diarrhea laden fart and just as messy.

Driving overt the road can be a really challenging. You have to have lots of patents out there on the road when dealing with the traveling pubic and other truck drivers trying to get there loads delivered on time, and then dealing with the in and outs of the various shippers and receivers. So you just try to do your job the best that you can. Now the one thing that really sucks above all is when you have a small enough problem that it really doesn’t stop you from running but big enough it just makes you miserable, so miserable that after you been you running with this problem you say enough and it is high time to get the problem fix. How ever doing so you now have a new problems to deal with. So you send in a break down and well they have all ready gone home for the day, why there is no 24 hour break down line on the week end’s is up surd at a company that’s runs over a a few hundred. so ok there’s no help there so you run a bit longer, and now at this point that things are getting to be “sticky” so finally day’s later break down tells you to take it to a shop, and the shop where you now are is saying “ well we might get to it to night but for sure we will get to it tomorrow“. what happen to yesterday? And now two and half days later they are saying “ well too day for sure” well that’s no consolation for you or your dispatcher who is on the edge all ready and you are tired of waiting on people who have no care or clue that you are not making any money. So you wait and you wait and you go check and your truck is still parked out on the waiting line. So what a driver to do? Start looking for another job? Ask or Beg for another truck? Complain to management? There is only so much you can do to move this process a long. Here a tip on buying a truck, Of all the trucks in the trucking industry to day find the one with 24/7 service and parts that are not proprietary to that certain truck and those who have the nine to five mentally should be voided like the plague,
